Saint Lunaire
In 2013 Jaap Dijkman Ontroerend Goed purchased a former hotel located in Saint Lunaire, on the coast of Brittany. The hotel consisted of three late 19th century buildings and a section that was built in the 1950s. The hotel has been converted into apartments. The design provided for the construction of new buildings on the site of the 1950 section, and the restoration of the other building parts. The new building is characterized by the use of aging untreated wood, so that it may be distinguished from the older buildings that are built in the natural stone characteristic of St. Lunaire.
