Ceylonpoort: transformation of former office building into an apartment building.

The 15 story building gets a new look with the replacement of the facades and the addition of balconies. There will be 162 apartments. The location is characterised by two main differences : a dramatic approach from the North on a busy thoroughfare, and a connection with the housing and the shopping mall on the other sides. Rather than wrapping a homogenous envelop around the building, the plan has facades that reflect these differences.
