Berlin residence

 

Located in Berlin, a new villa was built on the foundation of a demolished villa. The client wanted a majestic and colonial style. Behind the spacious entrance is the large hall with staircase and elevator.

At the back of the house, a large terrace offers a breathtaking view of the lake.

The project was under the local direction of the architect Wolfgang Rautenbach.
