Le Parco
Apartment building with 21 apartments

In the medieval South Breton harbour town of Auray, a new building of 21 apartments will be built on a plot of ground that is called "Le Parco". In a neighbourhood principly featuring typical French pseudo-neo-classical styles, this building will truly be a breath of fresh air, with facades combining alternate areas of infinished wood and stucco, mounted in a steel framework and with steel pergolas over the terraces.

The 3 storey oblong building will be adapted to the existing oak trees and retaining wall in a meandering sequence. This project boasts a number of different sorts of residential space. Under the building is a parking garage with a capacity for 32 automobiles. Building is scheduled to begin in the summer of 2007.
